Recipes

Bread

Bowl 1

240 g spelt flour

1 package baking powder

Mix them up

Bowl 2

250 g Quark (https://www.dietvsdisease.org/what-is-quark-is-it-healthy/)

1 egg

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon erythritol (sugar)

Mix them up

Mix the content of bowl 1 with bowl 2 thoroughly.

Ca. 30 min at 180 °C

Instead of Quark you can use an alternative containing a high amount of protein or you use whole grain flour

Pizza dough

400 g spelt flour

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 package yeast (dried)

1 teaspoon salt

½  teaspoon erythritol (sugar)

240 ml water (lukewarm)

Let it rise (incubate) for 2 h at room temperature , then you can prepare the dough to make pizza.
