How to Stop Being Your Own Worst Enemy

Be honest. Have you abandoned your New Year’s resolutions to launch your business? No need to feel ashamed. In fact, according to numerous studies, most people abandon their New Year’s resolution within a month. Now there are a variety of reasons why this happens, but I believe the main forces driving this statistic can be attributed to fear, patience, and consistency.

The good news is that even though you got off to a rocky start, it’s how you finish that truly matters. I don’t want your dreams of launching your business to end up on the sidelines.  It’s time to get to work on how we can go about resurrecting your goals so you to make it to the finish line in style.

Kick analysis paralysis to the curb

The struggle with fear is REAL! Have you delayed making a decision because you’re afraid of making the wrong one? I know I have and I’m sure you have as well. It’s been the story of my life for as long as I could remember. I used to be the queen of overanalyzing my problems. I can create a pros and cons list that would go on for days. The sad thing is for some unknown reason I would still end up with a tied list of pros and cons. Only I could somehow defeat the purpose of a pros and cons list…

If you’re nodding your heading in agreement because this is you, I’m here to tell you there is light at the end of the tunnel. After doing some much-needed soul searching, the main reason I was so afraid of making a decision is because deep down, I was worried about what other people would think if I made the wrong decision.
