I love to exercise! I’m always up for a challenge so I’ve recently been getting into step aerobics. This isn’t like those old-school step aerobics classes. I’ve been taking Afrifitness step aerobics classes and loving every minute of it. I’m going to be discussing changes I’ve been making to my diet and exercise in an upcoming episode.

One of the Afrifitness coaches, Zika, challenged us to create our own routine. This is my attempt at doing so. Side note: I kept messing up, so clearly the fourth take was the charm! Hey, at least I tried! 🤷🏾‍♀️
